It appears that the lunar month of Safar will end at dusk on February 13, 2010, which will mark the start of Rabi’ Al-Awwal, the month in which Prophet Muhammad (SAAS) was born.
The 12th of Rabi’ Al-Awwal therefore should be on February 26th (Mawlid An-Nabi according to Sunnis), and the 17th should be on March 3rd (Mawlid An-Nabi according to Shi’is).
